Our Story
EmmaLeaf Cannabis Lab and Kitchen is a partnership formed after its founders were awarded a cannabis processing license by the State of Missouri in March 2023. Its team includes experts from well-established cannabis processing firms in Colorado and Missouri and well-known members of the Boone County community.
EmmaLeaf’s partners work in the business day-to-day and see EmmaLeaf as an opportunity to work in an exciting growth industry while improving on the quality, consistency and employment experience they have witnessed in other organizations – a chance to do things right from the very beginning.
Our Focus
Great products aren’t manufactured, they’re crafted. We intend for our products to be the best in the market — hands down! To us, “best” means high quality with consistent effects every time.
Our commitment to quality begins with the deliberate selection of the best available inputs – from the plant material to the butter, sugar and chocolate that go into our baked goods and candies. Attention to detail and craftsmanship will be carried throughout the entire production process by skilled employees who take pride in what they do and are valued members of the team.
Our goal is to create an exceptional customer experience from purchase to consumption so that consumers seek out our products and ask for them by name.
Our Future
We are constructing a brand-new processing facility in Ashland and expect to begin operations in August of this year. Our processing facility will include departments for pre-rolled joints, laboratory products and a commercial kitchen for producing edible products. We will ramp up our production over the remainder of the year and expect to be at full capacity by next year.
